Hotel was crowded. Food not good. Hard to get an alcoholic drink. Room smelled like wet feet and had stains on the carpet. We went off resort to eat and do a lot of activities.

Went for 2 days for July 3 and 4th. The attendant at front desk automatically asked me for a credit card for parking so make sure you know that parking is included with package so you don't get wrongly charged. The indoor park was not crowded at all on the 3rd and just a few more people on the 4th. Likely were all at outdoor waterpark. All in all was a fun experience. However on the 4th someone robbed m red bag I had on a chair that had my cell phone in it. Highly recommend getting a locker (I did have one but kept my reusable bag and cell hone for picture taking--mistake!) It spoils the end of a good trip knowing people can pay to come to a resort but can still be low enough to steal from you. All in all very disappointing and angering. Camelback couldn't help much and there cameras weren't pointing at where we were sitting when we asked security (there are cameras everywhere) so this is disturbing because had there been an accident or assault it wouldn't have been captured if this was true. Nice waterpark and space just bad incident.

The Camelback staff went above and beyond to ensure our entire family was enjoying our visit. Especially the water park staff--they were patient with my daughters, friendly, and just made us feel so welcome during our visit.

Our family had so much fun at Camelback, especially the water park. The kids loved all the slides, the lazy river, and the hot tub. We visited the water park at night both days, and it was uncrowded and easy to ride many slides. The hotel is also in a very pretty location. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We would definitely return to this resort and do some of the outdoor activities, which we didn't have time to do. The hotel is good value for the amount of activities available. The room wasn't our favorite. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bathroom was very small. But for the price we paid, it met expectations. I think we'd bring our own pillows if we returned.

The bathroom in the room smelled much like mildew. The bed was not properly supported and check out took longer than expected because the front desk agent understood I was checking in and not out. Mostly it is young adults running the arcade games. The front desk staff was helpful, the restaurants were ok and the staff at the front entrance (parking) and Waterpark was amazing.

My 12 year old thoroughly enjoyed the indoor water park and all the available rides. I took took part in joining on the rides and activities. Hotel offers many additional creative and interactive experiences aside from water park/arcade, which was very lovely. Everything from ATV rental to Zip line, lots to do for all ages.

Lengthy walks to room, be sure that if you have walking disabilities it will be a challenge to get to and from main lobby/room, the hotel itself offers complementary wheel chairs which was true blessing/saved remaining time of our experience.
